Delete your PurePaw account.

This page explains how to request deletion of your PurePaw account and associated data.

How to request deletion

Email PurePaw support.

To request deletion, email support@purepaw.app with the subject line “Delete My PurePaw Account.” Include the email address connected to your PurePaw account. We may ask for additional verification before deleting account data.

In-app deletion PurePaw will include an in-app account deletion option before public launch. Until then, deletion requests can be submitted by email.

Deletion timeframe Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days after verification, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Data deletion

What may be deleted or retained.

Account deletion removes or anonymizes account-related data where applicable. Some data may be retained when legally or technically necessary.

Data that may be deleted

Your account profile, saved pet profiles, pet-specific preferences, scan history, saved products, favorites, app preferences, and account identifiers.

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, dispute resolution, platform compliance, or technical reasons.

Subscriptions

Deleting your PurePaw account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play.
