Account deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your PurePaw account and associated data.
How to request deletion
To request deletion, email support@purepaw.app with the subject line “Delete My PurePaw Account.” Include the email address connected to your PurePaw account. We may ask for additional verification before deleting account data.
Data deletion
Account deletion removes or anonymizes account-related data where applicable. Some data may be retained when legally or technically necessary.
Your account profile, saved pet profiles, pet-specific preferences, scan history, saved products, favorites, app preferences, and account identifiers.
Some information may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, dispute resolution, platform compliance, or technical reasons.
Deleting your PurePaw account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play.
