About PurePaw

PurePaw helps pet owners better understand pet product labels, ingredients, and safety-related product information. PurePaw may provide product grades, ingredient flags, safety-focused summaries, scan history, saved products, pet-specific preferences, and related guidance.

Informational Use Only

PurePaw is provided for informational purposes only. PurePaw does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, clinical decision support, or medical advice.

Always contact a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns, symptoms, treatment decisions, allergies, diet changes, medication questions, or emergency situations.

No Guarantee of Product Safety

PurePaw may identify ingredient concerns, provide product grades, or suggest additional review based on available product and ingredient information.

PurePaw does not guarantee that any product is safe, appropriate, complete, accurate, or suitable for your pet.

Accounts

Some PurePaw features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.

Scans, Product Data, and Ingredient Information

Product information may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unavailable, or different from the product currently sold.

You should always verify product labels, ingredient lists, warnings, feeding directions, manufacturer information, and veterinary guidance before using a product.

Premium Features and Subscriptions

PurePaw may offer paid Premium features, including deeper ingredient explanations, full scan history, pet-specific preferences, cleaner alternatives, product search, offline saved history, or other features.

Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other supported payment providers. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and subscription management are handled according to the terms and policies of the applicable app store or payment provider.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use PurePaw for unlawful, misleading, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, overload, disrupt, or interfere with PurePaw or its systems.
• Upload content that violates another party’s rights or contains malicious code.
• Misrepresent PurePaw results as veterinary diagnosis, treatment advice, or guaranteed safety determinations.
• Use PurePaw in a way that violates applicable laws, platform rules, or these Terms.

Intellectual Property

PurePaw, including its name, branding, design, software, interface, content, and related materials, is owned by PurePaw or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

User Content

If you upload images, labels, product information, feedback, or other content to PurePaw, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.

You grant PurePaw permission to use that content as needed to provide, operate, improve, secure, and support the service.

Third-Party Services

PurePaw may rely on third-party services for app infrastructure, authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, and payments.

Changes to PurePaw

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PurePaw at any time. We may also change, add, or remove features, including free or Premium features.

Disclaimers

PurePaw is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PurePaw and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of PurePaw.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to PurePaw if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk, or use PurePaw in a way that may harm users, pets, PurePaw, third parties, or platform providers.

Privacy and Account Deletion

Your use of PurePaw is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You may request deletion of your PurePaw account and associated data by visiting our Delete Account page or contacting support@purepaw.app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice where required.
